are an international consulting and e-travel company for sustainable tourism. At the centre of our diverse activities is the development and management of trails, such as long-distance hiking trails, stage cycle paths and trekking routes. To this end, we have developed Bookyourtrail.com, the world’s first and only online trail information, booking and management system in this form, and operate an efficient trail information and booking centre with our team of 8 employees. We are looking for a travel agency assistant to support our team at our location in Obervellach/Mölltal.

1. Your main areas of activity
+ Active service-orientated advice for our customers
+ Enquiry and booking management for our trail products
+ Coordination with specialised tour operators
+ Telephone switchboard – first contact for our customers
+ Handling of cancellations and change requests to the satisfaction of our customers
+ Marketing support in the areas of customer relationship management and online content management

2. How to convince us
+ You have already gained experience in tourism or travel agency, reception
+ Ideally, you have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a travel agency assistant or a tourism apprenticeship
+ You are outgoing and your passion is customer service
+ You are committed, work independently and are highly organised
+ You are a good team player and enjoy working with your colleagues
+ Language skills: Perfect German and very good English skills
+ Very good MS-Office knowledge
