The Amazon of Europe Bike Trail is probably the most beautiful long-distance cycle route in the heart of Europe! It starts in Austria, in southern Styria, and leads on two routes – on both banks of the major rivers Mura, Drava and Danube – through Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia to Mohacz in Hungary.

It opens up an easily accessible yet fascinating new world that is still waiting to be discovered: the last great European river wilderness, protected by the world’s first five-country UNESCO biosphere reserve; culturally enriching cities and the authentic hospitality of the pannonian lowlands.
