The development of the High Scardus Trail, Western Balkans entered the next round. This time, together with many local, committed experts, the support of GIZ and in cooperation with Outdooractive, a live workshop was held in Prizren, Kosovo, to intensively work on the further development of this fantastic transnational long-distance hiking trail in the Western Balkans.
The participants of the workshop came from a wide variety of backgrounds and brought with them many different views, which can be challenging, but above all inspiring © Simon Reuter, Outdooractive
A major milestone is the launch of the official High Scardus Trailwebsite, which describes all stages, opens information about the destination and the project, includes top offers for long-distance hiking enthusiasts and offers a beautiful, first impression of the trail. The Soul of the Western Balkans – get here a first impression from the far and be part of the first Fair Trails® Explorer Tour in the West Balkans.
